I agree it is undervalued by the current numbers. The question is why nobody is buying? Buying would prop the price up, wouldn't it? It's basically free money. How can all this big investing funds be so stupid? What a bargain!
Don't be naive. Market sentiment is negative at the moment. And SCG will have to release re-valuations based on independent auditor's opinion, and that will bring the numbers down. There will be a better time to buy. IMO. DYOR.
