Long term it will definitely be fine.
The trading range has been stuck between $2.12 to $2.18 for the past couple of weeks. It doesn't matter what the overall market is doing or how good or bad the news is that day the REIT stocks are hardly moving. Quite similar to the movement of the five year chart prior to the virus -- very stable. I'm not sure what to make of this. I wonder what it will take for the price to push higher or lower... I incorrectly thought that with the Melbourne lockdowns, and high case numbers, we'd be looking at $2.00 now. The price seems very resilient at the moment. Same with the VCX and AVN which I've been following closely each day.
