apparently according to the Sydney papers online, Scentre Group or Westfield Australia has started to reintroduce parking charges just as Australia especially Victoria, NSW and Queensland start reeling as a result of the pandemic. Are they serious?
Are management trying to send the SP down and send tenants in the centers to the wall for some reason such as bonuses and remuneration?
Parking charges should murder customer levels and increase vacancies if true?
Perhaps executive management should be reported to ASIC for this sort of behavior? And the Board?
it does not seem to be proper conduct And seems designed at reducing its profits, customers and tenants at its centers if it is true?
