because her brother James helped her when he saw her struggling with her luggage - she says the carry strap on the boogie board had been cut - it was not on the roundabout with the rest of her luggae but on the floor - she was finding it hard to juggle all her luggage so one of the others asked her brother James to help her - together with his own luggae, he dragged the boogie board across the floor to customs and he put it up on the counter - Customs thought it was his until she told them no, it was hers.
