    The most obvious solution to non bank Finance would be relationship with Xstrata... I think this is where the starting capital may come from ...of course along with bigger slice of the pie for Xstrata...

    If they are pursuing non bank finance then it would appear financing is not a real problem... People only go to banks if they have no other option.
