If Blumont go ahead with issuing the bond then the share price should head back to 12c+ territory. It gives DML breathing space and should help restore some shattered confidence.
Given that the economies in the US, Europe and Asia are improving and that they've spent $8 million so far, it would be best for Blumont to go ahead with the bond.
