    After a few days of dodging calls I have been contacted by VRL and freely provided my view in no pain terms.

    The BOD sold retail investors down the river and for my part, that's an abrogation of duty and plainly not good enough considering the spport they got on the last capital raise when the ship was leaking fast.

    They are the facts, from my point of view.
