    I suspect (and hope) that Spheria are buying at these levels and in sufficient quantity to be able to negotiate a higher bid price.But I doubt the price will be anywhere near what Mittleman has been suggesting.

    A price well short of $3.00, will deliver Spheria an excellent return for an investment held for only a few months.And Mittleman will also walk away with a tidy profit.
