The big fish is back, looking to buy 243,910 shares at $2.23

1.5m shares traded in the last 3 days - not a huge volume, but it's well above the long term average and there's been nothing like this since 7th & 8th October which was Spheria buying.

VWAP this week around $2.22

Who do we think is buying at the moment? Is it Mittleman backing the NO vote and expecting an SP upswing, or maybe Spheria looking to increase their votes? If so, they'd have to be willing to take a position in the new entity off-market - assuming they are YES voters, it makes no sense to be buying at the offer price otherwise. Perhaps they are NO voters and are thinking the same as Mittleman?

Fascinating, although I probably need to think about all this a lot less
