    I’m think also now the general consensus (inc non holders) is our asset is worth way more. Especially now the border sweeteners are not achievable it’s base price is exposed for what it is a joke.

    Also I think the COVID situation is playing out there is more thank likely going to be an Asian-Pacific bubble in the medium term which actual bodes well with VRL. Eg possible that a safe and concentrated opening of borders from maybe HK, China which could play into a niche growth market of being the familty to the Gold Coast for safe n fresh air?
