One of my biggest mistakes investing in ARQ, but I had faith in management's "credentials" and even took the full entitlement in the SPP last year.
Still hold hoping for a miracle but this supposed merger has basically sent the SP backwards and sideways for how many months now - I could've been pulling 5 - 7% on a fixed term deposit with my cash safe in the bank.
Quite simply the company has not performed and it therefore follows that neither has management. So why are they giving themselves performance perks ?
The shareholders of OXR/ZFX now OZL spoke loud and clear at the last meeting about the $10M slap on the back for an outgoing non performing director - the holders of AWE/ARQ need to do the same.
The days of directors ripping off investors are over, the party has finished and they need to be told so in no uncertain terms by us - their employers.
If I don't perform in my job I don't have a job - why are these people any different ?
