Page 19, point 14.1 termination-
This agreement may be terminated with immediate effect by either party before the start of the Court hearing on the Second court date by giving written notice
14.1.3 b says by 8 am on the Second Court date.
Which is today , trading halt was 9.40am. I am thinking the worst here....
