I concur there will be no counter offer, this wont change the big boys decision on making a higher offer.
This just increased the chances of the offer falling over from 1% to 2%, but still this deal is as good as done. Just means a delay in getting our money.
As for the SP tomorrow, it might see a selling off alittle, but who knows. If it drops I presume the super funds etc will buy if they can make a x% return based on a 3 week delay.
