three week delay?? i assume the person in question would have a right of appeal if the decision goes against her. Just seems amazing to me a minority holder could or would yeild so much power, you don't think it is a stitch up to give MMK more time to finance?? I guess the FMS ceo would be quite worried he might have to get off his butt and do a bit of work.
