I did say earlier that I wouldn't be posting again on this thread as I thought it was all but done....

To date I have not bagged out management, even though they sold out and took the easy option. I was happy that they were able to find a 'potential' buyer.

Now, with this latest announcement, management have done their dash....where is there due diligence regarding the financial position of MMK......absolutely disgraceful.......

If this small troublesome holder in MMK is able to put a stop to the takeover what will management do.....where is the backup plan??? Have they put all their eggs in the one basket?

Poor management or were they blinded by all their options??

Look out for a drop in the SP once we start trading....maybe we need to vote again on the offer, not sure how many auctions these russians have been to but sounds like they put their hand up too early.
