conspiracy theory is could have been used by MMK to get out of it, but i dont think the case both MMK and FMS were surprised and to leave it to last minute , think about it
if that letter was delayed by a few hours the scheme would have been heard and MMK would ahve owned FMS..
Expect this to sorted rather quickly
