Hi Westcott, whatever transpired and whatever we think shareholders are feeling we are where we are. There is no real point in second guessing what may have happened and why. We can't change it. It's Interesting but that's about it.

The question for us is what is the way forward if there was no TO on the table. I mean a tangible course of action that is an alternative. I think the board recommendation answers that question.

My personal view is that any JV with the Chinese and two African countries would be a continuation of a nightmare with cost and time blowouts, further dilution etc...

They are welcome to it. God know how long it take for this to get to shipment.

45 to be out of this and with a profit facing years of dilution and possible company failure is not for me. Africans are sick of this too I bet.
