And don't forget that they need to have 50% of the voting people with 75% of the total votes voted, to get this SoA through. NOT just the majority of the shares.
So, and IMHO, if there is 50.1% of the total people voting at the time voting "AGAINST that RESOLUTION", the 50.1% will win regardless of the total amount of shares held.
But, be very careful of what some of these financial institution can do to counteract that part.
