It'll be good if the singapore guys can negotiate a better deal. Maybe up the offer by 10-15%.
If they vote no, then I think there's a fair chance it'll be a no. Of the 87% voting, if singapore dudes vote 20% no, and hotcopper people votes 4% no (~45 million shares), that means the yes vote is reduced to 63%, which is less than the 65% required, and that can sink the proposal.
