All directors will vote YES. Terranova and his wife has approx 40 million shares.
previous director Mc illwain will have i think approx 30 million shares maybe more. not sure about the rest. i recon there will be approx the same yes from directors as a no from singapore.
lots wont vote so they will be yes. depends on some of the other large shareholders. i would imagine they will vote yes so that singapore crowd dont get control.
i think deal is done although we dont know who the singaporeans represent.

Thanks for your detailed response. I did not even realise that it could be legal to count non-voters as 'yes' votes. How can that assumption be be legally right? If that were to be so in the political world you'd never get rid of a government (on the basis that non-voters are actually silently casting their vote for the sitting government).
