Does anyone know if the directors will be retained if PYBAR's acquisition is successful?

If PYBAR released good drilling results for Henty, could that expose UML to a hostile acquisition by a larger mining company, where the directors may or may not be retained?

Disclaimer: I am sure the directors are acting in the best interests of shareholders, as they have claimed in their recent statements. Whatever the above questions might imply, it is likely mere coincidence.
