    Yes they could buy at market price if they wished now the deal is signed. However if I was TLW I would do nothing but let all the shares come to me at $2.02. Which is what they are legally obligated to pay for each share now. So why pay one cent more for any of them. Technically now the deal is agreed TLW is deemed to have purchased all the HDR stock anyway
