If you insist on posting, it would be advantageous for readers to decipher your comments if you corrected your grammar & spelling.

Please write complete sentences, starting with a capital letter & concluding with a full stop. That would be a help.

As far as spelling goes, it tends to show one's lack of education & thus credibility when you get it wrong. For example, your penultimate post quotes "manage there own portfolio". It should read "manage their own portfolio".

If you want to make a point, I would suggest you improve your grammar & your posts would improve their credibility. We are wasting our time trying to decipher the points you are trying to make.
