scheme proxy form may be fatally flawed

I just received the scheme booklet and noticed that the green proxy form has a very bad mistake.

Underneath the wording "Resolution for the Scheme Meeting" it says:

"To approve the Employee Share Scheme" (For/Against/Abstain)

It clearly should have said:

"To approve the scheme" (For/Against/Abstain)

The latter wording is correctly used in the online announcement.

This error in the form may well mean that shareholders will be in great doubt as to what they are voting for on the green proxy form. Is the scheme of arrangement with AGL Energy or is it something concerning employee shares?Won't this invalidate the whole process?

Has anybody else received this incorrect form? Has anybody received a correct version of the form?

By the way, I chose to vote online and decided to vote against the scheme.
