If we were to have similar percentages to ESG votes as you stated and if Water Island were to vote NO with a 12% effective result (with thier 6.09% holding) means we need a further 13.1% to bump the Scheme ie they require 75% approval of shares held.
With mine and acouple of mates we would probably have 1.5% ie 3% by your rule, only leaves another 10.1%.
