Who know's who is right and who is wrong.
Time will tell.
Bottom line for me is that at some stage one way or the other it's highly probable we will get a vote.
Based on the information I have so far
Though it is not a mammoth holding, I will be voting No!
Further, I am no longer endeared to a board who would sell at such a seamingly low ball offer and not explain the reasons why they would do that, continuing to represent our company.
There are too many unknowns on the reasons for their recommendation
Just so much that we don't know.
In this day and age of a so called regulated market, we shouldnt be this far down a dark tunnel.
Talk about lack of transparency and accountability.
Please don't start me on that.
