I disagree with some of your comments, and particularly with the above one.
Unmotivated you wrote.....Tell me what they did to date about bringing this company to something worth a lot more that what we have now. Vey little in my opinion, while of course they all have been handsomely paid all along with of course incentive shares and options as a cream, thrown in. There were times that the sp was higher than what the offer is now. So, what went wrong ?? You can't say that they weren't paid their emoluments, After all we have very little say, if any at all, on what they are paying themselves, and then think about all of those options that they still have outstanding and unexercised.
A clean sweep of some of the Board members with someone the likes of R. Cottee stepping in, IMO would soon turn this boat around. Could it be that they are worried about a shareholders revolution ??? You tell me....
