I don't know if we should be talking about ADE on the BOW threads, but, if I am allowed to be doing so, I have one answer for you. And that is, that if BPT didn't manage to get Mr.Walker into selling his holding into ADE, BPT would still be thinking what went wrong, just the same as they did with many other moves they did before. IMO, RN (Reg), with all his previous failures with T/O, is not that bright on that part. As to what they did behind the scenes to get MR. Walker to sell to them we will never know. That's for sure. And don't ever forget that the market works in some very misterious ways at times.
As for BOW, I hope that we will manage to get somewhere when we will receive the IER where it will tell us if the offer is fair and reasonable or not.
What worries me, is the fact that the Board has rolled over to them without putting up much of a fight.
