Ab,
We have already got the proxy forms & marked them off as per our sentiment. I was referring to the vote for the SoA.
I was holding the proxy forms for a few days in the hope that I may get a reply from the company to explain the boards position somewhat more than we have been fed & answers to direct questions. No reply from the company!!
I will send the forms in tomorrow morning so they get there in time.
Stick an extra hand up for me on the against side for the SoA as it is just an easier way for them to get us.
The conversion of the options to the directors gives them a double edged sword. Makes them a million or two & gains them a lot more votes.
We are toast without the IE(identity & methodology unknown) coming in with a better fair value than $1.52.
These gas companies are pretty much the same.
We got ripped off by the last one as well.
There is not much hope for the retail shareholder in the stock market any more. It has become the plaything of the rich & powerful.
