DLS are fully aware that 4 for 1 has no hope so expect an amended formal offer. Even 5-1 would not be enough so I am expecting a wild horse. I think DLS will not totally retreat without a genuine crack at TDO for this adventure has been in the melting pot for quite some time. A real smoking gun I suspect and therefore it should turn out to be more than a one act circus.
