I'd suggest I've probably done 10 times the research on the cases based on what you've written. He pleaded guilty under duress in a flawed trial in Leeds. That case was dismissed on appeal. He did not plead guilty in the London trial, however in sentencing him in London, they took into account the original guilty plea in the dismissed case in Leeds. You can't be that blind not to see this. Again, who would plead guilty and then tell a sitting president he needed asylum as an innocent man? "Try doing some research.." what a joke!

Mueller has had long enough, the report from earlier this year was built up so much and contained nothing. I knew it would be bad, but I didn't anticipate such a hilarious humiliation. What has since followed has been a non event. The Russian interference BS has been exposed for what it was. You sound as desperate as Clinton. Send whatever you like, but I won't "knock myself out" reading what Mueller's report says when the evidence suggests he himself does not know what his own reports are saying.

Why do you use phrases like "cry baby", are you lacking any intelligence? I never said the whistle blower claimed to have had first hand knowledge; I just said he didn't have first hand knowledge. The point I was making is that a second hand understanding of the phone call is really poor grounds for an accusation to be made, particularly when the other first hand witness is a foreign world leader who says there was no pressure applied at all.

What Trump did? The Democratic chairman said there was no quid quo pro and no threat of foreign aid withdrawal. The Ukraine president backs this up. The Director of National Intelligence said there was no case. The only people making this case are Democrats with a desire to see Trump thrown out of office for their own political gain. So "what Trump did" is absolutely nothing according to all the relevant witnesses.

You are welcome to post where Robinson pleaded not guilty, but until then, all we have got is his guilty plea, as noted in the court documents (Decision on Penalty, July 2019).

Mueller is in play whether you like it or not. It was even considered for use in the impeachment.

The whistleblower not having firsthand knowledge is a red herring, it is totally irrelevant, (you may as well talk about nail polish colours, as it would be just as relevant). The facts, evidence, and testimony came from other sources, not the whistleblower.

The cry baby comment was in response to your claim that things occur because of some hate or dislike of Trump, which is BS, they occur because of Trump's own actions.

Read slowly and soak it in. Trump has rights too. If Trump thinks the process is a sham process and refuses to abide by the supbeana, that is why there is a judicial branch. Nancy and Schiff ARE NOT the judge, jury and executioner - that’s why there are 3 branches.

Whether you believe it or not, Trump has rights and those rights get adjudicated by a court, not Nancy and Schiff. Trump has MANY MANY grounds to fight this in court, one being his constitutional right to face his accuser among many other reasons,

You obviously don’t get but Trump could even argue obstruction of justice by the Dems and considering the Dems withheld testimonies, refused witnesses and even his own counsel.

Trump has as much of a right to challenge the Dems on obstruction of justice In court to challenge the validity of the subpeana. .

Maybe this all just too much for you to comprehend. But here is a clue for you. For it to be an “Indisputable fact that Trump obstructed justice”, the Dems must take Trump to court and if or when the court rules in favour of the Dems and of Trump THEN refuses to comply then it becomes an “ Indisputable fact“.

Lucky that in the real world, one that you are clearly detached from , COURTS rule on obstruction of justice as being “ Indisputable facts” , not fools quoting the dictionary and then passing that off as “ Indisputable“.

That is obstruction, just because you make excuses for it, it doesn't stop it from being obstruction.

Trump will get his chance to argue his case during the trial.
