As for Trump's obstruction, yep, I can categorically say it is obstruction. Trump's legal team can argue the merits and legalities of Trump's obstruction during the trial.

I suppose we will. 3 years and counting. You'd have been one of those baying for blood during the Russian interference fiasco. Were you certain of Trump's guilt then? Wasn't Mueller's evidence a thing of great beauty? he even remembered little bits of his own report.
