Spurred on by Southoz's comments, here's some more info out there on QRx's Moxduo.

The following article was published in the Annals of Palliative Medicine in July 2012. It dedicates a small section to a discussion of Moxduo and its reported ability to significantly reduce Opioid Induced Nausea/Vomiting (OINV).
