There's no doubt that public schools also have sexual exploitation and assault issues but incidences in private schools are off the charts by comparison - as evident form the articles referenced on this thread.
To private school boys it's all about self-gratification, conquests and boasting to mates - what their private schools project to them as their entitlement.
