Bob Pagorek is our 'new' CFO. His experience is very interesting. Seems to be a very strategic move for TZ to have him on board.

Mr. Pagorek has extensive experience in public company reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, system implementations and corporate process improvement initiatives.

So the question is:

Out of the thousands of people that TZ could have employed as CFO, why did they recruit a man who knows all about the costing of school buses and has links with a major EA of TZ?...surely not just for extensive experience in public company reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, system implementations and corporate process improvement initiatives.
