I find it puzzling that the Prime Minister can say "no health risk to children" and that is just not challenged. Unless I'm not seeing it correctly.
Isn't there a duty of care or something? Does that create a legal responsibility issue like Rudd's pink batts? A doctor has to give the probabilities prior to surgery, etc.
