Looks like Shine will just absorb Sciaccas into its fold and in this case it has expanded its PI into Gladstone using Sciaccas office. Whether this corresponds to a write down in sciaccas remains to be seen, I would think that it is on the cards. The move should offset slowdown from Sciaccas, and Shine owns the Sciaccs brand which is still worth something so that Nephew Sam cannot use it..
