    I damaged my sciatic nerve after a back injury. Took 6 months to come good again, doc told me to stretch the nerve, which definitely improved it a lot. Put your straight leg and heel on a chair, then lean on your kneecap to stretch the back of your leg. Takes time I'm afraid. good luck
