The reverse split has been announced and published for months--you miss the point--what's unfortunate is that a promising medical research company has been financially pummeled to the point that it has been unable to raise money in the capital markets without issuing a quarter-billion shares at pennies per, and now has to have a reverse split to meet listing requirements.
THIS is what bashers accomplish for their bosses. In the process, they slow the progress of life-saving therapies.
Must be a rich and fulfilling life.
