Words, grunts, huffs and puffs, looks, facial expressions etc are the expressions of the spirit, hence the spirit of you.

Just ask my wife, she need not say a word, and boy do I know where her head is at, at times 
Sometimes she will try and answer a point when I have only gotten half way through making the point, haha, hence she ends up, up a gum tree, wrong path.
Picture that building a house, describing certain areas of the house etc and with someone with no sense of direction, to boot hahaha.
Discussions can go on for 5mins and it turns out, shes in the wrong room haha
