Wotsup, the verses you quote are not directly related to the Word became flesh, but it explains why you wish to change scripture to support your beliefs.
Still you are confusing the Word becoming flesh at the conception of Jesus and the Holy Spirit remaining with Jesus at his Baptism.
Once again we will look at John 1:14 and a couple of supporting verses you should have used.

    Here is John 1:14 again
    Berean Literal Bible
And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us. And we beheld His glory, a glory as of an only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth

The above verse is about Jesus. It describes an only begotten from the Father, who is the Word that became flesh

    Heb 2:14
    Berean Study Bible
Now since the children have flesh and blood, He too shared in their humanity, so that by His death He might destroy him who holds the power of death, that is, the devil,

Above we have Jesus who because we are flesh and blood became human to share in the same humanity as us.

    Phil 2: 6-8
6Who, existing in the form of God,
did not consider equality with God
    something to be grasped,
    7but emptied Himself,
taking the form of a servant,
    being made in human likeness.
8And being found in appearance as a man,
    He humbled Himself
    and became obedient to death—
    even death on a cross.

Wotsup, above we have Jesus who existing in the form of God, did no grasp that equality with the Father,
but emptied himself ,becoming in appearance as a man, humbling himself to a death on a cross

    1John 4:2
    Berean Literal Bible
By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses Jesus Christ having come in the flesh is of God,
