I think the slightly more interesting question is why Halcon would bother drilling near to Nemo if Nemo was a dud. In my mind, surely Halcon would seek to hit sweet spots as quickly as possible to generate cash as quick as possible. This is why I think that Nemo must have done well - could be wrong though.
