    I think you may be mistaken. If you look at the quarterlies and the half year accounts over the past year (1st July 2019 - 30th June 2020), SCL has achieved revenues of $7 million. Hence the peformance rights issue.

    1st July - 30th September 2019 - $1.99 million
    1st Oct - 31st Dec 2019 - $2.13 million
    1st Jan - 30th June 2020 - $3.00 million
