SCL has consolidated well forming inverted head and shoulders. Cup and handle in the larger time frame. Pretty sure in this month's quarterly, it will breakout above 0.028 towards 0.036. Company has amazing revenue growth that is going parabolic and almost cash flow positive! Volume profile density also shows that we are still in the BUY region of average fair value. Lets go and ride this uphill with me!
