The reason bids are loaded up heavily at around 1.8 cents is because sellers continue to unload into bids , Announcement last month regarding improved Q4 to date and new additions to the team should give confidence to holders that quarterly to be released by next month is going to be impressive , this has not at all been built into the stock price l . Its pretty simple until holders value what they are holding the sp is going to continue to trade in a tight range because there is no need for bids to be raised .
