Sorry I should have clarified that I meant pretty competent in a business sense. As in it wouldn’t be easy to find a better candidate to run a 20mm AUD microcap vertical recruitment platform for teachers. The opportunity he perceived to disrupt SearchAssociates and other head hunters out there is Rob’s vision and I’m not sure anyone else would get the nuances of executing on this strategy as well as he does, especially given the size of the company.
On the capital markets related criticisms I actually find myself in complete agreement with you. The placement to faria was a bit sloppy. The ISS deal had to go though. It wasn’t fair to schrole (50% share and they weren’t holding up their end) and now they have a better partner
