you have it so wrong...the vaccines only became available in Feb 2021, and were only for front line workers and elderly. The US and other countries began their roll out 3 months earlier, as Slomo kept saying we were at the head of the queue. Sure Oz was in a good position to wait due to lockdowns by the states, against Slomo's wishes.
