Watching him today in the Hunter (NSW), talking about the F35 fighter and the defence infrastructure, sovereignty, jobs for the future etc etc, it's pretty obvious he's up for an election sooner rather than later.
We'll be watching for the vaccination progress to get a better handle on it. But he can see a wounded opponent and, ceteris paribus, that's an irresistible target.
