Yes early on, small business was heavily affected here in WA. Thankfully the WA labor govt., acted early and effectively. They stopped private hospital elective surgery, so they created space in the WA hospital system. Indeed some,if not all of the cruise ships covid positive people ,if i'm not mistaken were guaranteed at Joondalup private/public hospital. The messaging was spot on IMO.
Things are lookin good, here now ,save the freakin fed libs, and their benefactor. I do feel sorry for some of the top end of WA tourist operators, and even, then McGowan has unleashed a tourism package for those affected, Kudos all round. I trust the women who rang 6prs gareth parker show, last week,her and her partners big game fishing business survives, if there's a McGowan media watcher, reading this, do your best for that particular business to survive, if you can, please, I think while not knowing them,just on the basis of her phone call, they are genuine people, and deserve this governments best efforts to survive.
