I've struggled to find data but Australia and China would both become exporters of co2 while the US would be the largest consumer of co2.
Calculated emissions from what I have found do not include all green house gasses. This is calculated as co2e.
A coal power stations can produce co2 while the other can prodcuce a more dangerous NO which would not be calculated.
Another one... Australia is one of the most efficient users of co2 per dollar created, Luxemburg being worse worst. Funny enough look at the countries bordering it the power they have with world wide organisations.
